I made a booklet called 'shoe'

It's a game where  i have taken phrases but replaced words with 'shoe' instead. You have to guess the original phrases.

The answers for these four are:
Bull in a china shop
Out of the frying pan and into the fire
Snake in the grass
One in the had is worth two in the bush
